My many years visiting Hawaii allows me to absorb it's multi-cultural  life style and  their love of exotic flowers. I am especially impressed by their flower arrangements displayed at not onlypublic spaces but also at homes. This inspires me to take on the design and making of flowers vases.  I choose wood as the medium because it blends well with the natural setting. The vases  are intended to be displayed independently as an art piece,  or as a compliment to a contemporary flower arrangement so that the flowers it contains will compliment each other on equal footings.
